    Our first and last visit happened today! Looking for a costume for my 10yr old today and witnessed a screaming match between a customer and staff member.
    I understand the staff member was sick of people asking for returns and the way the customer spoke was no better but when we could hear the screaming from the back of the store leaving my daughter scarred we ended up slowly making our way out the store and purchasing at Spotlight.

    Recently bought a wizard robe at the wrong size and when I went to exchange for a different size they refused due to "store policy". The packet hadn't been opened and is 100% saleable. Outrageous. Will not return to this store.
