  Absolutely appalling. Place had 2 lanes occupied, so very quiet, yet still poor customer service. Waited at the counter for 10minutes while and older staff member and a younger staff member chatted amongst themselves and ignored waiting customers. No staff at the food counter while a customer waited a lengthy time. Very outdated set up throughout. Trouble with one of the game machines while our daughter was playing, told the staff member, to which the response was "well there's not much I can do about it" Went here as our daughter had never been bowling, poor experience and will not return nor recommend this place.
