Being a male it was super hard to decide on the right frame that didn't look silly. The manager Samantha was amazing at assisting me in a great choice! She was very understanding and willing to help with my very low budget. I can recommend anyone to visit this practice for all their eye needs! 10/10

Charging $800 plus dollars for one pair of glasses, what absolute disgrace! Get some decent staff to manage your store! I would rate -100 stars if I could. Do not waste your time or money at this place it is a scam.
- Wendy Harmston Added December 11, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I asked if they bulk billed and was told yes only to get a charged nearly $80. This was for an elderly pensioner. She was sent letters that an check up was needed and then they tried to charge $500 extra as she was not due for new glasses under the pensioner scheme. Poor form taking advantage of the elderly.

When I went to the reception desk after my consult which different optmetrist, I was charged $20 for an administration fee that I had not been informed about, and I also tried to give my Medicare card as this can help me so that I don't have to pay, but this people refused to accept it because they said it was only a check up and only $20.
